JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding, directing and ordering the respondents, specifically the respondent no.3 and 4 to take action on the complaint as set out at Annexure-6 filed by this petitioner on 26.04.2022 before them praying to take action against the respondent station House Officer for not supplying the required information to him as directed by the information Commission on 31.01.2022 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6290 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 case no. A6207/2021 as set out at Annexre-5.

ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents no.3 and 4 to pass order regarding the compensation to be paid to the petitioner as per the right to Information Act as he has been harassed by the respondent no.6 S.H.O.

in the ed circumstances mention in this petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
