This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nadi PS Case No. 17 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 427, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the instant case 39 persons have been named as accused in the FIR. He further submits that there is no overtact alleged against the petitioners and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Bagaha, District West Champaran in connection with Nadi PS Case No. 17 of 2018.
