Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim lady. The victim is informant of this case. She alleged that for nonfulfilment of the dowry demand the petitioner and others burnt her within a year of marriage. The post mortem report would reveal that the victim died of burn injury sustained by her. Considering the presumption against the petitioner, I am
