JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assault to the mother of the informant causing fracture injury to her and also allegation against other accused person is of torn the blouse of mother of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioner, rather they are ladies.
