This application has been filed for setting aside of the order dated 05.09.2011 passed by the District and Session Judge, Madhubani in Cr. Revision No. 290 of 2011 by which the order of cognizance has been referred and are under challenge before this Court.

The revisional order was passed on 05.09.2011 and the present application has been filed on 22.05.2015 i.e. after inordinate delay. Moreover, the Revisional Court has considered the matter in great detail and no ground has been made out by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24855 of 2015(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 the learned counsel for the petitioner for interference in the impugned orders.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed on merits as on latches.
