The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 20/16 registered under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Block Education Officer, Pratapganj alleged that the petitioner, Panchayat Secretary of Shripur Gram Panchayat, did not submit the teachers' appointment folders, merit list and, therefore, the present case was lodged. It is submitted that the petitioner sent letter no. 09 dated 25.06.2015 to the Block Education Officer disclosing the entire facts that whatever the documents he received from the Panchayat, he submitted the same. It appears that the petitioner has given his explanation for non-supply of those papers which were not received by the petitioner.

No.25828 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in Pratapganj P.S.
