2. This application has been filed against the decision of the encroachment proceeding.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to withdraw this application to file an appeal against the final order of the encroachment case within thirty days from today.

4. If the petitioner files an application for supply of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5491 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 the entire order sheet passed in the encroachment case before the Circle Officer, Chandi, Nalanda then the same shall be given to him within two days of its filing so that the petitioner can file the appeal.

5. If the appeal is filed within thirty days from today then the appeal shall be decided on merits in accordance with law and for the next forty five days from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
