The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parbatta(Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No.315 of 2017 registered under Sections 353, 109, 323, 188, 120(B) and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he along with other police officials reached at the place of occurrence to remove the encroachment from the proposed land for the construction of electric sub-station but the petitioners called the villagers and made violent protest.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that villagers were making peaceful protest against the acquisition of land and petitioner and others have falsely been implicated in

Similarly situated 12 accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50639 of 2018. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and the fact that similarly situated accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta(Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No.315 of 2017, G.R. No.2697/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
