1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"1. That this writ is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the Memo No. 5585-91, dated 29.12.2010 issued by the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna in which Respondent no. 6 to 9 has been appointed on the teacher and further direct the Respondent no. 1 to 5 to conduct interview by selection committee and appoint the petitioner on the post of teacher Moulvi
Patna High Court CWJC No.17520 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 in light of advertisement dated 9.10.2009."
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
