This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in Minapur P.S. Case No 321 of 2013 registered under Sections 304(B0 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application enabling the petitioner to surrender and pray for bail after placing all relevant facts for consideration.
