Having regard to the nature of order passed by this Court on 24.6.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 11378/2013 and that the Chairman of the Board has passed an order in his office Order No. 2955 dated 21.5.2015, this Court would direct the District Education Officer, Patna to ensure that whatever amount is found admissible and payable to the petitioner by way of arrears of salary and emoluments for the period August, 2010 to July, 2012 must be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
