Petitioners no. 1 and 2 being the brothers of the husband of the victim and petitioner no.3 being wife of petitioner no.1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that on 22.8.2015 the informant received an information that her daughter has been killed by her husband Santosh Yadav. Thereafter the informant went to the inlaws house of her daughter and found the dead body of her daughter and there was some swelling and scratch on her neck. It was claimed that all the accused persons killed the victim for nonfulfillment of dowry demands.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25421 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire inlaws. The petitioners claim to be separated from her husband and claim to be residing in a different place. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the application. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Deep Nagar P.S.Case No. 316/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
