JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on robbery of the alto car of the informant, case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner has come up during investigation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25461 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 Kartaha P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 from the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
