It appears that trial court has no knowledge of criminal law to proceed in the trial of the arrested accused in custody after splitting up his record from other co-accused who had absconded. The trial court is directed to proceed in the trial of the accused in custody after splitting-up the trial of other co-accused and make efforts to conclude the same as directed by the Court earlier.
