The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1134 of 2018, Special Case No.9605 of 2018 registered under Section 30(ka) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 20 litres Mahua liquor have been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners are in custody since 10.10.2018, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73350 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Judge, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1134 of 2018, Special Case No.9605 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
