2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 376 of the IPC and Section 4/6 of the POCSO was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have participated in the kidnapping of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that she had eloped with the main accused Raja Kumar. The petitioner is the maternal uncle of Raja Kumar.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.
