The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 271, 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner 190 sachets of 400 ml. each country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure list does not bear the signature of either the petitioner or his family members and the recovery has been made from the joint family house.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51159 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
