The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2018 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.07.2018. He further submits that in the instant case nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
