Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Jurawanpur P.S.Case No.03 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing injury on his head.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during course of investigation several witnesses have not supported the prosecution case.

Heard the learned A.P.P. as well as the informant. It appears from the impugned order that cause of death is firearm injury on his head.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1338 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
