This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022 registered under section 302, 120(B)/34 on the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have killed the deceased at the instance of Manju Devi as Manju Devi was having illicit relationship with one of the co-accused and she wanted to get her husband killed and ultimately succeeded.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
