Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender in the court below. In view of the above facts, let the petitioner surrender in the court below within six weeks from today in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 118/2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2013/2013, pending in the court of Sri Manoj Kumar V, J.M. 1st Class, Patna and make prayer for regular bail. The court below
