The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that three persons were found coming on a motorcycle which was intercepted by the police and demanded the papers with regard to the aforesaid motorcycle but they failed to produce the same. Thereafter, the aforesaid motorcycle has been seized. It is also alleged in the written report that there were some discrepancies found with regard to Chassis No. and Engine No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23407 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid motorcycle and they have been arrested merely on suspicion.

Petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
