Petitioner seeks bail in connection Barh P.S. Case no. 113 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant and informant is the wife of the deceased, the court is not inclined to grant bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
