JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 6.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 38940 of 2018 on the condition that petitioner had to deposit a Bank Draft of Rs.3 lakhs payable to opposite party No.2 in the court below and on deposit of the said amount petitioner was directed to be released on bail subject to the condition that he will be paying rest of the amount in the next following month and that order has been modified vide order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 64305 of 2018 as he could not deposit the amount within the prescribed period.

In such view of the matter, further two weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77550 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 surrender and submit the Bank Draft in terms of order dated 6.8.2018 and rest of the order shall remain intact. With the above observation, this application is allowed.
