The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.213 of 2020 (S.T. No. 680A of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 05.03.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24339 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Khagaria / concerned Court below, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.213 of 2020 (S.T. No.680A of 2023).

This is subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear on each and every date till the framing of charge and thereafter he will will appear either personally or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed in the trial.
