2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 494, 498(A), 379, 323, 324, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P.Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 05 of 2024.
3. Earlier, for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The mediation became successful, as per the report of the Mediator at Flag A, containing the terms of agreement arrived at between the parties.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the agreement reached at between the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM,Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 05 of 2024.
