Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The seizure list reflects recovery of 108 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion.
