The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(i), (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2023 and there is recovery of total 9926.520 liters of liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
