Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 516 of 2018 arising out of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Krishna Kumar and Vikram Shahni have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33598 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 2118 of 2019 on 23.07.2018 and 16.01.2019 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
