This is an application for quashing of the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul in Complaint Case No. 204C/14 as well as the revisional order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 77/15 whereby and whereunder the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul has dismissed the aforesaid Cr. Rev. No. 77/15 preferred by the revisionists-petitioners against the order of cognizance dated 30.03.2015 u/s 379 1.P.C. passed by the Judicial Magistrate. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.
