The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 504 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.
The allegation against the petitioner is that being a collusion of each other the accused persons including the petitioner managed the block employee and prepared false and fabricated document with a view to grab the land of the complainant/informant and executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner, Kanti Devi and others and when the complainant/informant objected then they threatened to kill her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27242 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to civil dispute. The other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 47373/2015, 58456/2015 and 17712/2016.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 31/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
