The petitioners being the married and unmarried sisters of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 304B,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand by causing burnt injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per own admission, the informant came to know about the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47190 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 death of the victim on 30.06.2015, but the FIR was registered on 02.07.2015. In fact, the victim was mentally unbalanced and she was under treatment prior to death. Moreover, accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.124 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
