The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.04 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that no recovery of illicit liquor has been made from conscious possession of the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23811 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.04 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Agiaon Bazar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
