1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by Bihar Sanskrit
Patna High Court CWJC No.6481 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 Shiksha Board, Patna.
3. Section 24 of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Act, 1981 provides for an alternative statutory remedy by way of an appeal against any order or decision of the Board. Section 24 of the Act, 1981 is reproduced hereinbelow:- 24.

4. In view of the availability of such an alternative and efficacious remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to avail the remedy available under Section 24 of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Act, 1981.
6. It is made clear that if the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today along with condonation of delay petition, the same shall be disposed on its merits in accordance with law.

7. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed with the aforesaid direction.
