The petitioner is in custody in connection with Runi Saidpur P.S. Case No.437 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner was surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
