The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 536 of 2018 registered under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. In the present case, the first information report is lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioners have been made accused.

No.23094 of 2019(4) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 536 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
