The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-I, Supaul.
Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case as alleged in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner for bail by contending that there is specific material in the case diary against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28115 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
