2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking that all defects pointed out by the stamp reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately upon resumption of normal physical functioning of the Court, and in any event within one month thereof.

3. The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.03.2020, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020, having earlier been rejected by order dated 25.02.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.36209 of 2020 for the alleged

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in a subsequent development, the co-accused Vijay Kumar @ Shubham Kumar Gupta @ Shubham Kumar, on whose confessional statement, the petitioner was implicated, has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 25.03.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.34471 of 2020 (Annexure-P/3). So also other coaccused person namely, Santosh Kumar Manjhi, similarly implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar Yadav, has also been granted bail by this Court by order dated 20.10.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 27671 of 2020 (AnnexureP/4). It is stated that the petitioner has already suffered custody since 05.03.2020.

5. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

6. Considering that other accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as the period of custody already suffered since 05.03.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.100 of 2020, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.

7. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 2 hereinabvove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
