This is 2nd attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 8 / 20 (b)(II) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act inasmuch as earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide Cr. Misc. No. 58409 of 2021 with liberty to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after three months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 04 Kg Ganja has been allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner, she is having no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 04-05-2021.

No.23904 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that this is 2nd attempt for bail on behalf of the petitioner, she is having no criminal antecedent, she is in custody since 04/05/2021, Ganja allegedly recovered from her possession is not of commercial quantity, as such, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
