1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents appoint the petitioner on the post of constable after recognizing the Sahitya Bhushan Certificate of the petitioner granted by Hindi Vidhya Peetha Deoghar to be equivalent to Inter pass as the same is recognized by the respondents Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department order No.541 dated 11.01.1991 and as such not doing so will be highly illegal arbitrary malafide and discriminatory as the petitioner had applied against Advt. No.1/2014 and had been successful in all the tests and she on the basis of marks
Patna High Court CWJC No.16764 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 deserves to be appointed or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
