The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 308 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This application has been filed to renew the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, which was already refused on 16.09.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36536 of 2016 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer
