1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 314 / 2024 dated 19-06-2024 registered under Sections 304-B, 201 / 34 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. As per the F.I.R. marriage of the informant's daughter Tanu Kumari was solemnized on 28.02.2023 with one Sumit Pandey as per Hindu rites and customs. However, after marriage all the accused persons started demanding Rs. 5 lakh and one Bullet motorcycle as dowry and due to non fulfillment of the demand they used to torture the victim both mentally and physically. Lastly on 15.06.2024 the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to non fulfillment of the dowry

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to family dispute. The F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of four days on 19.06.2024 for an alleged occurrence which has taken place on 15.06.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is the married sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased residing with her husband and the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is married sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased residing with her husband and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 314 / 2024 subject to the condition as laid down under
