JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction respondent to grant the petitioner widow of Late Constable No.3029 Ajay Kumar Mishra, who died during Service while serving outside as bodyguard of the then Health Minister Ashwani Kumar Chaube in Rudra Prayag Kedarnath (Uttarkhand) on 16.06.2013, Rupees 10 Lakhs ex-gratia, Rupees ten Lakhs Life Insurance, full pay till retirement which her husband would have earned had he been alive, expenses of education of the two children till they attain 25 years of age and rupees six thousand per

Quarter in Patna till she is alive or till the date of retirement of her husband and also grant service of clerk to the son of the petitioner after he completes/ attains 18 years of age, the period of Bal Arakshi all of which she is entitled for but till date not granted which is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble Court made deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Home, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Principal Secretary, Home, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall consider the same, sympathetically and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
