JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) (J) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 98 litres of foreign liquor was seized from a car. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special
