The allegation primarily is that from the Line Hotel, allegedly some beer bottles and liquor in pouches were recovered. Petitioner denies the recovery and also his presence. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra PS Case No 239 of 2014 (GR No 5171 of 2014) subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
