JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015, instituted under sections 448, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the averments in the F.I.R. itself showing that the petitioners and the informant are neighbours, and there was petty quarrel between the two because of which certain injuries were sustained.

Be that as it may, I direct that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47382 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
