JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323,353, 332, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. There is no injury upon anybody. It is further contended that co-accused Jairam Singh, Gurudayal Singh and Dinesh Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.12220/2016 and 10628/2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Dadan Singh be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within

Case No.6/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
