This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 306/14 (G.R. No. 2675/2014) dated 20.08.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 380, 384, 406, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Chaurasia, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this case is of the year 2014 and, therefore, in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed.

If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period of three

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28548 of 2016(2) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 months from today.

This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
