Petitioner seeks bail in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 36 litres liquor has been recovered from the under constructed house situated near the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 21.09.2018 having criminal antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80718 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
