The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.23338 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 226 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
